Phase Four

PHASE 4:  Oct 2012 – Sep 2013

a. Camping Area 3 – Break ground for Camping Area 3. The area chosen is in a flat meadow close to the stream on the south side. This campsite will have a central fire pit.

bChalets & Mattresses- Construct 5 chalets that will accommodate 6-8 campers each.   Estimated cost: $ 3,800/chalet   ($19,000 total)

c. Tonga Kitchen – Erect a “Tonga kitchen” near the center of Camping Area 3. Estimated cost: $ 2,000

d. Challenge Course- Develop a challenge/obstacle course for groups of campers. Such a course will help develop team-work and trust amongst participants. Estimated cost: $ 2,000

e. Pit Latrine-- Dig pit latrine and then erect a latrine shelter that also has a plumbed hand washing station. This facility will have 4 toilet seats.   Estimated cost: $ 1,450

f. Nsaka #3 -- Build a brand new nsaka #3 overlooking agriculture area below citrus orchard.   A third nsaka will allow 3 churches to meet simultaneously, break out sessions, or men and women from a church to meet separately. Estimated cost: $ 10,000

g. Agricultural/Gardening-  Complete development of the agricultural and gardening areas used by national workers and for Income Generation Training.   Estimated cost: $ 2,000
