The work of missions usually takes years to mature and bear fruit – years to learn language, understand culture, build relationships, and make disciples. Being truly investment-minded means that we focus on activities that will bear the most fruit for the Kingdom of Christ in the long run. Adhering to long-term goals is absolutely essential even as we attend to urgent needs that are present everywhere. Yet, our long-term goals drive us to train and equip leaders for effective and fruitful service to our Lord and Saviour, and we believe the pay-off is worth the wait.
